      The undercut anchor with an internal thread for M6 threaded screws for natural stone or artificial concrete panels.

      Zykon-Panel anchor FZP II M6i

      Concealed flush or stand-off installation solution with internal thread for natural stone façade panels. This technology can be used for both flush mounting of calibrated panels or reveal panels and to calibrate panel thickness tolerances caused by using the stand-off installation technology. Due to the integrated internal thread, there is no protruding external thread, allowing the panels to be prefabricated and transported securely. This improves the economic efficiency and flexibility of the system.

      Assembly instruction

      Functioning
      • Wet diamond drilling - first cylindrical, depending on the application either to the absolute anchoring depth or to a constant reference dimension for the remaining wall thickness (RWT), then conical to create an undercut drill hole.
      • When the undercut anchor is installed, an optimal positive-locking connection is created between the expanding part and the drill hole.
      • The anchor can either be installed flush to the absolute anchoring depth or can be installed in the conical undercut drill hole using stand-off installation.
      • The ability to compensate panel thickness tolerances helps create a flat façade surface
